A welcoming spacefor children and families.
Psychological care dedicated to childhood, parenting, and family relationships.
Every family finds its own rhythm of caring.
I offer a safe space to work through, together, the many difficulties life brings us.
I focus on matters such as: pregnancy, the mother-baby relationship, the father's role, parenting, early childhood, and relational difficulties.
I believe that, given time and space to think, parents gain more clarity about their own way of caring for their children, and more confidence to adjust what needs adjusting.
"To be consistent, and thus predictable to our children, we must be ourselves. If we are ourselves, our children can come to know us."
Support during pregnancy and preparation for parenting
Emotional preparation for the changes pregnancy brings, and for a child's arrival.
Parenting guidance and support
A space to think through the work of caring, whether for a specific moment or as ongoing support through the early years.
Child support with family guidance
I guide parents with focused attention on that particular child.
Why Do Children Play? And Why Does It Matter?
Have you noticed how hard it is to interrupt a child who is playing? It is not stubbornness: it is the child's way of working through what they live, of feeling, and of relating to the world. A reflection, drawing on Winnicott's psychoanalysis, on the importance of play.
Daycare: Widening the World for Babies and Reclaiming the World for Parents
On adjusting to daycare, what this experience can bring to babies and to parents, and how to get through the first days.
The Importance of Saying "No" to Babies and Young Children
The three stages of "saying no" described by Winnicott — and why the foundation of every "no" is a great big "yes."
How does the first session work?
The first conversation is about understanding what brings you here and explaining how the work can unfold. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out — this space is for thinking together.
Are sessions in person or online?
I offer in-person care in Esch-sur-Alzette and online sessions, for families who prefer the flexibility of remote care.
From what age can a child be seen?
There's no fixed minimum age — the approach adapts to the child's stage, including support during pregnancy and the earliest years of life.
Is it possible to have parent guidance only, without involving the child directly?
Yes. Individual parenting guidance and family guidance focused on the child are both common formats, and either can be the starting point for the work.
How often do sessions happen?
Usually weekly, but the frequency is adjusted to each family's needs over the course of the work.
Let's talk?
You can reach out here. I respond as soon as possible and we'll set up a day for our first conversation.
