How I work
I see children, fathers, mothers, and families in all their different configurations.
Support can take place during pregnancy, adoption, the earliest infancy, or the first years of a child's life, and my focus is always on the relationship.
Support during pregnancy and preparation for parenting
Conversations to think through the changes pregnancy brings — in the body, in identity, in the couple's relationship, in expectations about the baby to come. A space to prepare emotionally for this new phase.
Parenting guidance and support
A space for parents to think through the work of caring — whether for a specific concern in the moment (sleep, tantrums, a new sibling's arrival, adjusting to a new routine), or as more regular support through a baby's or child's development. The format adapts to what's needed: a few focused sessions, or ongoing support to think through development and the relationship with one's children.
Child support with family guidance
When a family or school has already identified a specific concern about a child (behavior, adjustment, a difficult phase), I guide parents with focused attention on that particular child.
Let's talk?
Seeking specialized support is a way of caring even more for your child, your family, and yourself. After all, it's in childhood that the foundations of healthy development are laid — and a good start makes all the difference in preventing future difficulties.
In this first conversation, we'll get to know each other and better understand your needs and expectations. I look forward to meeting you!
